The present invention relates to a system for supporting a test of a gas plant of a ship using a digital twin and a method for supporting a test thereby, and the system for supporting a test comprises a ship test support device (110), a ship simulation support device (120), and an analysis/reporting server (130). The ship test support device (110) includes an integrated automation system/distributed control system (IAS/DCS) (112) for controlling an actual gas plant (111) of a ship, and a data collection and transmission unit (114) for collecting first DCS operation data of the actual gas plant (111) from the IAS/DCS (112) for each collection point and transmitting the first DCS operation data through a communication unit (113). The ship simulation support device (120) includes: a DCS (122) for controlling a virtual gas plant (121) digitally modeled using a digital twin based on the actual gas plant (111); a data receiving and input unit (123) for receiving the first DCS operation data from the data collection and transmission unit (114) through a communication network; and a datalog (124) for storing the first DCS operation data from the data receiving and input unit (123) and second DCS operation data collected and analyzed for each collection point from the DCS (122), wherein the ship simulation support device (120) is synchronized with the ship test support device (110). The analysis/reporting server (130) is capable of analyzing a design performance of the actual gas plant (111) in real time by comparing and analyzing the first DCS operation data and the second DCS operation data from the datalog (124). Therefore, the present invention has the effect of synchronizing the virtual gas plant (121) on land during the test of the actual gas plant (111) of the ship on the coast to perform the test and verify the design performance.

    본 발명은, 선박의 실제 가스플랜트(111)를 제어하는 IAS/DCS(112)와, IAS/DCS(112)로부터 실제 가스플랜트(111)의 제1 DCS 운전데이터를 매 수집 포인트별로 수집하고 통신부(113)를 통해서 송신하는 데이터수집/송신부(114)로 구성되는, 선박 시운전 지원장치(110), 실제 가스플랜트(111)를 기반으로 디지털트윈을 이용하여 디지털모델링된 가상 가스플랜트(121)를 제어하는 DCS(122)와, 통신네트워크를 통해 데이터수집/송신부(114)로부터 제1 DCS 운전데이터를 수신하는 데이터수신/입력부(123)와, 데이터수신/입력부(123)로부터의 제1 DCS 운전데이터 및 DCS(122)로부터 매 수집 포인트별로 수집되어 해석된 제2 DCS 운전데이터를 저장하는 데이터로그(124)로 구성되어, 선박 시운전 지원장치(110)와 동기화되는, 선박 시뮬레이션 지원장치(120), 및 데이터로그(124)로부터의 제1 DCS 운전데이터와 제2 DCS 운전데이터를 비교분석하여 실제 가스플랜트(111)의 설계성능을 실시간 해석하는, 분석/리포팅 서버(130)를 포함하여, 연안에서의 선박의 실제 가스플랜트(111) 시운전 중 육상에서의 가상 가스플랜트(121)를 동기화하여 시운전을 진행하고 설계성능을 검증하도록 하는, 선박 가스플랜트의 디지털트윈을 이용한 시운전 지원 시스템 및 이에 의한 시운전 지원 방법을 개시한다.
