The present invention relates to a foldable brake pedal device for an autonomous driving vehicle, where a lower end of a brake pedal (30) is popped up to be exposed to an indoor space to enable the control of a brake pedal (30) by a driver in a manual driving mode directly driven by the driver, and the lower end of the brake pedal (30) is rotated to be moved forward by the operation of an actuator (60) in an autonomous driving mode where the driver does not directly drive, to be in a hidden state to prevent control thereof by the driver.

    본 발명은 자율주행 차량용 폴더블 브레이크페달장치에 관한 것으로, 운전자가 직접 운전을 하는 수동운전모드 상황에서는 운전자에 의한 브레이크페달(30)의 조작이 가능하도록 브레이크페달(30)의 하단이 실내로 노출되게 팝업되고, 운전자가 직접 운전을 하지 않는 자율주행모드 상황에서는 액추에이터(60)의 작동으로 브레이크페달(30)의 하단이 전방으로 이동하도록 회전됨에 따라 운전자에 의한 조작이 불가능하도록 숨겨진 상태가 가능하도록 된 것이다.
