Disclosed are a cell sensing circuit inspection apparatus for an electric vehicle battery or a fuel cell vehicle stack and an inspection method thereof. A cell sensing circuit inspection apparatus for an electric vehicle battery or a fuel cell vehicle stack in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention is a cell sensing circuit inspection apparatus capable of determining whether a cell voltage measuring circuit of an electric vehicle battery or a fuel cell vehicle stack operates normally. The apparatus comprises: a first line for connecting both end portions of an electric vehicle battery or a fuel cell vehicle stack and a module voltage measuring unit mounted in the cell voltage measuring circuit; a plurality of second lines for independently connecting both end portions of each cell unit constituting the electric vehicle battery or the fuel cell vehicle stack and the cell voltage measuring unit of the cell sensing circuit; a first switch mounted on the second line and performing an open operation and a close operation in accordance with a control signal of a battery management system (BMS); and a second switch which is mounted between the adjacent second lines among the plurality of second lines, and performs the open operation and the close operation in accordance with the control signal of the BMS, so as to separate or connect the second lines from or to each other. When a cell voltage-related failure occurs, the present invention can inspect whether the failure is a cell problem or a cell sensing circuit problem.

    전기차 배터리 또는 연료전지차 스택의 셀 센싱회로 진단장치 및 진단방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 전기차 배터리 또는 연료전지차 스택의 셀 센싱회로 진단장치는, 전기차 배터리(battery) 또는 연료전지차 스택(stack)의 셀 전압 측정회로의 정상 작동 유무를 판단할 수 있는 셀 센싱회로 진단장치로서, 전기차 배터리(battery) 또는 연료전지차 스택(stack)의 양단부와 셀 전압 측정회로 내부에 탑재된 모듈전압측정부를 연결하는 제1라인; 전기차 배터리(battery) 또는 연료전지차 스택(stack)을 구성하는 각각의 셀유닛의 양단부와 셀 센싱회로의 셀전압측정부를 각각 독립적으로 연결하는 다수의 제2라인; 상기 제2라인 상에 탑재되고, BMS(Battery Management System)의 제어 신호에 의해 열림(open) 동작과 닫힘(close) 동작을 수행하는 제1스위치; 및 상기 다수의 제2라인 중 인접하는 제2라인 사이에 장착되고, BMS(Battery Management System)의 제어 신호에 의해 열림(open) 동작과 닫힘(close) 동작을 수행하여, 제2라인을 서로 분리하거나 하나로 연결하는 제2스위치;를 포함하는 것을 요지로 한다.
