According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a device for treating carbon dioxide in an underwater moving body, including a reformer for generating hydrogen by receiving a hydrocarbon-based compound and reforming the compound, and a fuel cell for generating electricity by receiving hydrogen from the reformer. The provided device for treating carbon dioxide in an underwater moving body includes an ammonia storage tank for storing an aqueous ammonia solution in an underwater moving body, and an ammonium bicarbonate storage tank for storing the ammonium bicarbonate produced by reacting the aqueous ammonia solution supplied from the ammonia storage tank with water and carbon dioxide gas generated when the hydrogen is generated in the reformer in the underwater moving vehicle.

    본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면 탄화수소계열 화합물을 공급 받아 개질하여 수소를 발생시키는 개질기와, 상기 개질기로부터 수소를 공급 받아 전기를 생성하는 연료전지를 포함하는 수중운동체의 이산화탄소 처리 장치에 있어서, 상기 수중운동체 내에서 암모니아수용액을 저장하는 암모니아 저장탱크, 및 상기 암모니아 저장탱크로부터 공급된 암모니아수용액과, 상기 개질기에서 상기 수소의 발생 시 발생되는 물과 이산화탄소 가스를 반응시켜 생성된 중탄산암모늄을 상기 수중운동체 내에 저장하는 중탄산암모늄 저장탱크를 포함하는 수중운동체의 이산화탄소 처리 장치를 제공한다.
