Disclosed are a vehicle transmission control system and a method thereof. The vehicle transmission control system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an engine that outputs power according to combustion of fuel; a transmission having at least one friction clutch; an electric supercharger that compresses air with the rotational power of a motor and supplies the air to the engine; and a control unit that operates the electric supercharger when an acceleration or start condition is satisfied, and controls the engagement speed of the clutch and the engine by applying a transmission clutch stroke operation map (MAP) corresponding to the operation condition of the electric supercharger to the transmission.

    차량 변속기 제어 시스템 및 그 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 차량 변속기 제어 시스템은, 연료의 연소에 따른 동력을 출력하는 엔진, 적어도 하나의 마찰 클러치가 적용된 변속기, 모터의 회전력으로 공기를 압축하여 엔진에 공급하는 전동식 과급기 및 가속 또는 발진 조건을 충족하면 상기 전동식 과급기를 작동하고 상기 전동식 과급기의 작동조건에 대응되는 변속기 클러치 스트로크 작동맵(MAP)을 상기 변속기에 적용하여 상기 엔진과의 클러치 결합속도를 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
