According to one embodiment of the present invention, a ship ballast water treatment device includes: a ship ballast water treating unit sterilizing and treating ship ballast water; a fluorescence analyzing unit fluorescence-analyzing sample water sampled in the sterilized and treated ship ballast water and measuring a protein concentration value of the sample water; and a control unit controlling sterilization strength of the ship ballast water treating unit based on the protein concentration value of the sample water, thereby properly adjusting the sterilization strength in accordance with the amount of aquatic organisms to save power consumption.

    본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 선박평형수 처리장치는, 선박평형수를 살균처리하는 선박평형수 처리부; 살균처리된 선박평형수에서 샘플링된 샘플수를 형광분석하여 샘플수의 단백질 농도값을 측정하는 형광분석부; 및 샘플수의 단백질 농도값을 근거로 선박평형수 처리부의 살균강도를 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하여 구성됨으로써, 수중생물의 양에 따라 적절하게 살균강도를 조절하여 소비전력을 절약하는 효과가 있다.
