The present invention relates to a method for constructing a base and in-situ assembling a wind power generator that is capable of allowing the prefabricated base to be directly buried in a place where the wind power generator is installed, thereby rapidly and conveniently performing base formation. According to the present invention, the method for constructing a prefabricated base of a wind power generator includes the steps of: preparing the prefabricated base (300); forming a hole through excavation to build the prefabricated base in the hole; inserting the prefabricated base into the hole and packing the soil by a distance (350) of 10 to 20 cm to bury the prefabricated base in the hole; fixingly inserting a body (200) into a center member (310) of the prefabricated base by means of wood pins (313) and special concrete (312) and separating top and front surfaces of a nacelle box (120) into which the wind power generator (100) is packed to fasten rotary blades (110) to a generator (121) by means of bolts; bolt-fastening a cap (112) to the rotary blades; fitting a hook to an I-bolt (130) to lift the nacelle box by a crane and fixingly inserting the nacelle box into the body by means of bolts, whereby a period of construction is reduced and equipment like crane is used one time to decrease a construction cost.

    본 발명은 풍력발전기의 현장 조립 및 기초의 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 풍력발전기를 설치하고자 할 때, 먼저 조립식 기초(300)를 미리 제작하여 준비하고, 현장에서 지반을 터파기 하여 조립식 기초를 설치할 수 있는 매립 구덩이를 형성하고, 상기 매립 구덩이에 조립식 기초를 넣어 중심을 잡고, 파낸 흙을 10~20cm간격(350)으로 다지면서 매립하고, 상기 조립식 기초의 중심부재(310)에 바디(200)를 삽입하여 목핀(313)과 특수 콘크리트(312)로 고정한 후, 풍력발전기(100)가 포장된 나셀(120) 상자의 상부와 정면만 분리하여 발전기(121)에 회전날개(110)를 볼트로 체결하고, 회전날개에 캡(112)을 씌워 볼트체결하고,I 볼트(130)에 고리를 끼워 크레인으로 들어 올려 바디에 삽입하여 볼트로 고정하여 설치를 마무리 함으로서 공기가 짧고, 크레인등의 장비를 1회 상용하여 비용을 절감 시킬수 있는 특징이 있다.
