The present invention relates to a method for producing an outer cover for automotive winkers, in which quantum dots are dispersed. According to the present invention, by producing all the quantum dots, core-shell quantum dots, and core-gradient shell quantum dots by applying a molten polymer as a solvent, it is possible to shorten production processes compared to conventional production methods for quantum dot polymer composites. Since quantum dots are generated and retained in a polymer matrix, oxidation can be completely prevented, and the quantum dots are uniformly dispersed in the produced quantum dot polymer composite.
본 발명은 양자점이 분산된 차량용 방향지시등 아우터 커버의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 제조방법은 용융 고분자를 용매로 응용하여 양자점, 코어-쉘 양자점 및 코어-그라디언트 쉘 양자점을 모두 제조함에 따라서, 양자점 고분자 복합체의 종래 제조방법에 비하여 제조공정을 단축할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 고분자 매트릭스 내에서 양자점이 생성되고 유지되기 때문에 산화를 원천 차단할 수 있고, 제조한 양자점 고분자 복합체에서 양자점이 균일하게 분산되는 효과가 있다.
