The present invention relates to a leaf spring for a vehicle suspension and a manufacturing method thereof. When a prepreg mold product (40) is manufactured, a pigment (100) having a specific color is added to a glass fiber (30), and a composite single plate leaf spring (10) which is finally completely manufactured via the prepreg mold product is configured to have different colors for an inner portion (11) of the inside thereof and an outer portion (12) of the outside thereof. When proceeding to the inside, the outer portion (12) is damaged by exfoliation. When the inner portion (11) is distinguished by a naked eye due to damage of the outer portion (12), a replacement time according to the damage of the leaf spring (10) can be easily known.

    본 발명은 차량 서스펜션용 리프스프링 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 프리프레그 성형품(40)을 제작할 때에 유리섬유(30)에 특정 색의 안료(100)를 첨가해서 제작하고, 이를 통해서 최종적으로 제작 완료된 복합재의 단판 리프스프링(10)은 내측의 인너부(11)와 외측의 아우터부(12)가 서로 다른 색상을 갖도록 함으로써, 내구 진행시 박리로 인해 아우터부(12)가 손상되고, 아우터부(12)의 손상으로 인해 인너부(11)가 육안으로 식별될 경우, 리프스프링(10)의 파손에 따른 교환시기를 용이하게 알 수 있도록 있도록 된 것이다.
