The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a T-bar configured to manufacture a welded T-bar through the submerged arc-butt welding of a steel plate to a T-shaped steel, which is a surplus steel, after manufacturing a T-bar by plasma-cutting a web of an H-shaped steel. A method of manufacturing a T-bar according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: (A) a step of preparing an H-shaped steel; (B) a step of plasma-cutting any one of the webs of the H-shaped steel to manufacture the T-bar; and (C) a step of manufacturing the welded T-bar by welding the web portion and the steel plate of a T-shape steel which is the surplus steel of the H-shaped steel in a state where the web portion and the steel plate are put in the same straight line. As such, the present invention can provide a uniform corner portion.
본 발명은 H형강의 웹을 플라즈마 절단하여 티바를 제조한 후 잉여 형강인 ㅗ형강재에 후강판을 서브머지드 아크-맞대기 용접을 통한 용접 티바를 제조하는 티바의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 티바의 제조방법은 (a) H형강을 준비하는 단계, (b) 상기 H형강의 웹 중 어느 한 곳을 플라즈마 절단하여 티바를 제조하는 단계 및 (c) 상기 H형강의 잉여 형강인 ㅗ형강재의 웹부와 후강판을 동일직선에 놓은 상태에서 용접하여 용접 티바를 제조하는 단계를 포함한다.
