The present invention relates to a pipe module and a construction method for a pipe module. According to the present invention, the pipe module (A) for constructing a pipe in a ceiling unit of a building includes: a pipe (100); a support frame (220) supporting the pipe (100); a pipe fixing unit (300) fixing the pipe (100) to the support frame (220); and a fixing frame (210) fixing the support frame (220) to the ceiling unit (1). The support frame (220) is lifted to the fixing frame (210) by a temporary frame (400) capable of adjusting the height. According to the present invention, the pipe module enables a worker to easily construct the pipe in a site using the individual pipe module modularized and prefabricated in a factory. Specifically, the pipe module is prefabricated with a plurality of pipes such as a ventilation pipe and a water supply pipe and a frame supporting the pipe, in the factory. A plurality of pipe modules prefabricated in the factory are carried into the site and are assembled. Therefore, the pipe module can simplify a complex pipe assembly process and, therefore, can reduce a processing time.

    본 발명에 따르면 건물 천정부의 배관 시공을 위한 배관모듈(A)은 배관(100), 배관(100)을 지지하는 지지프레임(220), 배관(100)을 지지프레임(220)에 고정하는 배관고정부(300) 및 지지프레임(220)을 천정부(1)에 고정하는 고정프레임(210)을 포함하되, 지지프레임(220)은 높낮이 조절이 가능한 가설프레임(400)에 의해 고정프레임(210)까지 리프팅 된다. 본 발명에 따르면 공장에서 선 작업된 모듈화된 개별 배관모듈을 이용하여 현장에서 손쉽게 배관을 시공할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 구체적으로 공조배관, 급수배관 등의 복수의 배관과 배관을 지지하는 프레임으로 배관모듈을 공장제작하고, 공장제작된 복수의 배관 모듈을 현장으로 반입하여 이를 조립하는 기술로서, 복잡한 배관조립 공정을 단순화 시키고, 이로 인해 공정시간을 단축시킬 수 있다.
