The present invention relates to a stirrer for chemical injection in a ballast water treatment apparatus. The stirrer is installed in a pipe letting the ballast water flow through to form a turbulent flow within the pipe. The stirrer, which is used for the chemical injection in a ballast water treatment apparatus, includes; a plate-shaped base unit; and a turbulent flow generation unit which is arranged on the center of the base unit and has a circular through-hole and a partition bar dividing the through-hole into two parts. The stirrer can form the turbulent flow to fully mix the ballast water with chemicals.
