According to the present invention, disclosed is a vehicle running information processing method for detecting drowsy driving and an apparatus for detecting drowsy driving using the same, capable of improving the accuracy of the learning algorithm for determining whether or not the driver is drowsy. When the running information of the vehicle is input to the learning algorithm to determine whether the driver is drowsy, the accuracy can be improved by pre-processing the data when compared to the case where the running information is simply input. The degree of improvement of accuracy can be changed depending on the method of preprocessing the running information of the vehicle. The present invention can maximally improve accuracy.

    본 명세서는 졸음운전여부를 판단하는 학습 알고리즘의 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있는 졸음운전감지를 위한 차량주행정보 처리 방법 및 이를 이용한 졸음운전감지 장치를 개시한다. 졸음운전여부를 판단하기 위해 차량의 주행정보를 학습알고리즘에 입력했을 때, 단순한 주행정보를 입력하는 경우보다 데이터의 전처리를 통한 경우 정확도가 향상될 수 있다. 이때 차량의 주행정보를 어떠한 식으로 전처리할 것인지에 따라 정확도의 향상정도가 달라질 수 있는데, 본 명세서는 상기 정확도를 최대한 향상시킬 수 있는 전처리 즉, 차량주행정보 처리 방법을 개시한다.
