The present invention relates to a device for reducing the discharge of nitrogen oxide of a vessel and an offshore plant, and an operation method of reducing the discharge of nitrogen oxide which is capable of solving an exhaust gas nitrogen oxide emission problem of a vessel engine by selectively supplying at least one of air and oxygen as an oxidizing agent of the fuel so as to drive the engine according to an operating area of a vessel or an operating area of the offshore plant. In addition, in a case of supplying only oxygen, which is an oxidizing agent of fuel in the exhaust gas control zone, the present invention is configured to recover the carbon dioxide from the exhaust gas discharged from the engine and then supply again the carbon dioxide and oxygen to make the nitrogen oxide emission zero in the exhaust gas of the engine, and produce and supply oxygen in an oxygen production supply unit installed on the vessel and the offshore plant.

    본 발명은 선박 및 해양플랜트의 질소산화물 배출 저감장치 및 질소산화물 배출 저감운용 방법에 관한 것으로, 선박의 운항구역, 또는 해양플랜트의 운전구역에 따라 엔진을 구동하기 위하여 연료의 산화제로서 공기와 산소 중에서 적어도 어느 하나를 택일하여 공급하여 선박 엔진의 배기가스 질소산화물 배출문제를 해결할 수 있음은 물론, 배출가스 통제구역에서 연료의 산화제인 산소만을 공급하는 경우는, 엔진에서 배출되는 배출가스로부터 이산화탄소를 회수하여, 그 이산화탄소와 산소를 재공급하여 상기 엔진의 배기가스에서의 질소산화물 배출을 0(zero)으로 하되, 상기 선박 및 상기 해양플랜트 상에 설치된 산소 생산 공급유닛에서 산소를 생산 공급한다.
