To provide a management device that can reduce a situation in which a flying device cannot arrive at a destination.SOLUTION: A management device 4 comprises: a mode switching unit 432 that switches a control mode of a flying device to either an automatic flight mode which makes the flying device fly automatically according to a preset first flight route or a manual flight mode which makes the flying device fly manually via an operation terminal; an obtaining unit 431 that obtains position information on the flying device; a route search unit 433 that searches a second flight route different from a first flight route based on the last obtained position information when the mode switching unit 432 switches the control mode of the flying device to the manual flight mode; an estimation unit 434 that estimates a resource state when the flying device flies in the second flight route searched by the route search unit 433; and a notification unit 435 that notifies the operation terminal when the resource state estimated by the estimation unit 434 is less than a predetermined threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
