To provide an agricultural implement capable of performing agricultural work in a state that noise and vibration are suppressed without generating exhaust gas, and capable of performing work for which high output is required and high speed travelling when necessary.SOLUTION: An agricultural implement 1,4 includes: a travelling device 2 for travelling in a farm field; a work device 3 for executing agricultural work; a travelling transmission system for transmitting power to the travelling device 2; a work transmission system for transmitting power to the work device 3; and an engine 6 and an electric motor 7 as power sources for the travelling device 2 and the work device 3. Power transmission means 10 and 20 for supplying power to the travelling transmission system and the work transmission system are attached to an output shaft 7a of the electric motor 7. When a power switching clutch 34 interposed between an output shaft 6a of the engine 6 and the output shaft 7a of the electric motor 7 is in an engaged state, the power of the engine is supplied to the travelling transmission system and the work transmission system from the power transmission means 10 and 20. When the power switching clutch 34 is in a disengaged state, the power of the electric motor 7 is supplied to the travelling transmission system and the work transmission system from the power transmission means 10 and 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
