To provide a resin structure having a high bonding strength between a substrate and a resin member, and being less prone to bumps and dips due to a protruding part on a surface opposite to a surface to which the resin member is bonded, in the substrate, and a method for manufacturing the resin structure.SOLUTION: A resin structure 10 comprises: a tabular substrate 12 containing a thermoplastic resin; and a resin member 20 bonded to one surface 12B of the substrate 12. In the resin member 20, on a bonding surface 21 being a bonding portion to the substrate 12, a protruding part 22 is provided which protrudes inside the substrate 12 from the bonding surface 21. The protruding part 22 comprises: a base part 23 that extends from the bonding surface 21 toward the substrate 12 inside the substrate 12; and a crossing part 24 that continues to the tip side of the base part 23 and extends in a direction that intersects the protruding direction of the base part 23 from the bonding surface 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
