To provide a reclining device that enables an internal tooth gear and an external tooth gear to move in an eccentric direction so that sides of the external tooth gear and of the internal tooth gear surely engage with each other at the time of locking, so that members contact cylindrical bosses of the gears, in many areas, at the time of sliding, which can stabilize the sliding.SOLUTION: A reclining device 100 according to the present invention comprises: an external tooth gear 10; an internal tooth gear 20; a U-shaped partial-ring 40 in which a center of an outer peripheral surface formed in a circular shape and a center of an inner peripheral surface formed in a circular shape are mutually eccentrically formed and a through-hole for an elastic body is formed; a rotary shaft 30 having an extended pressing part that presses the U-shaped partial-ring 40; a pair of wedge-shaped cams 50 arranged at a back surface side of the U-shaped partial-ring 40; and an elastic body 60 that energizes the pair of wedge-shaped cams 50 in a direction in which the cams separate from each other, through the through-hole for the elastic body of the U-shaped partial-ring 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】ロック時においては外歯歯車と内歯歯車とが噛合している側が確実に噛合する程度に内歯歯車と外歯歯車との偏心方向の移動が可能であり、摺動時においても部材が歯車の円筒ボスと多くの面積で接することによって、摺動を安定化させることができるリクライニング装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のリクライニング装置100は、外歯歯車10と、内歯歯車20と、円形に形成された外周面の中心と円形に形成された内周面の中心が偏心して形成され、弾性体用貫通孔が形成されているU字形リング40と、U字形リング40を押圧する押圧延設部を有する回転シャフト30と、U字形リング40の背面側に配置され一対のくさび状カム50と、U字形リング40の弾性体用貫通孔を介して、一対のくさび状カム50をそれぞれ離間する方向に付勢する弾性体60と、を備えてなることを特徴とする。【選択図】図3
