To provide a reclining device configured to enable a bush to bear over the whole circumference and to enable the bush to receive even external force from any direction of all directions (360 degrees) so that sliding thereof can be stabilized.SOLUTION: A reclining device comprises: an external tooth gear 10; an internal tooth gear 20; a rotary shaft 30 that rotates one of the external tooth gear 10 and the internal tooth gear 20 with the other tooth gear as a center; a bush 40 that is formed in a toric shape in which a center of an outer peripheral surface and a center of an inner peripheral surface are located eccentrically, has a cam storage part 44 at an inner periphery side and rotates together with rotation of the rotary shaft 30; a pair of a wedge-shaped cams 50; and an elastic body 60 that energizes the pair of wedge-shaped cams 50 so that the cams contact the bush 40 and a cylindrical boss 22 simultaneously.
