To adequately integrate a plurality of travel sections constituting a travel route to be used for switching control conforming to a travel state.SOLUTION: A navigation ECU executes processing including: a step (S104) of acquiring information on a travel section up to a destination; a step (S106) of setting a travel section at a starting point and an n-th travel section; a step (S114) of setting the n-th travel section as an (n+1)-th travel section when regulation information and a road classification are the same between the travel section at the starting point and the n-th travel section (YES at S108 and YES at S110) and a difference in load is equal to or less than a threshold A (YES at S112); and a step (S116) of integrating the travel section at the starting point to an (n-1)-th travel section when the restriction information and road classification are not the same between the travel section at the starting point and the n-th travel section (NO at S108 or NO at S110), and the difference in load is larger than the threshold A (NO at S112).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
