A vehicle side control section 111 requests a power stand 200 to execute heat management, when charging and discharging power of a battery 101 is equal to or larger than predetermined power, on a condition that the vehicle side temperature is equal to or higher than a first temperature. The vehicle-side control section 111 requests the power stand 200 to execute the heat management, when the charging and discharging power is less than the predetermined power, on a condition that the vehicle-side temperature is equal to or higher than a second temperature which is higher than the first temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
