To optimize an electricity charge by more precisely predicting a vehicle usage state when anyone is not at home or is at home.SOLUTION: A power management system includes a prediction model generation unit 62 that generates a prediction model for predicting a predicted usage state of a vehicle as a mobility by using result data indicating an actual time-series usage state of the vehicle, and a usage state prediction unit 63 that inputs prediction time period information to the prediction model, and predicts a usage state of the vehicle for every prescribed unit time during a prediction target time period by applying beam search. On the basis of the predicted usage state, a charge/discharge plan for an on-vehicle storage battery is created to sequentially prune, among a plurality of patterns of the vehicle usage states predicted for every prescribed unit time by the prediction model, a prediction result the prediction probability of which is low for every prescribed unit time. Accordingly, the vehicle usage state when anyone is not at home or is at home can be more precisely and efficiently predicted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】外出/在宅の車両使用状態をより正確に予測して電気料金を最適化することができるようにする。【解決手段】車両の時系列状の実際の使用状態を示す実績データを用いて、車両のモビリティとしての予測使用状態を予測するための予測モデルを生成する予測モデル生成部62と、予測モデルに予測期間情報を入力することにより、予測対象期間中における所定単位時間ごとの車両の使用状態を、ビームサーチを適用して予測する使用状態予測部63とを備え、当該予測した予測使用状態に基づいて車載蓄電池の充放電計画を作成することにより、予測モデルによって所定単位時間ごとに予測される複数パターンの車両使用状態のうち、予測確率の低い予測結果を所定単位時間ごとに順次枝刈りして予測が行われるようにして、外出/在宅の車両使用状態をより正確にかつ効率的に予測することができるようにする。【選択図】図6
