To provide a vehicle and a remote operation system which can reduce binding hours of an occupant due to parking.SOLUTION: A vehicle includes: a permission section for permitting remote operation by a remote operation device outside the vehicle; a transmission section for transmitting peripheral information on the vehicle, which has been acquired from sensors, to the remote operation device; a reception section for receiving a remote operation signal input by an operator outside the vehicle through the remote operation device; a travel control section for making the vehicle travel on the basis of the remote operation signal; and a parking instruction section for instructing the remote operation device to park the vehicle in such a state that the remote operation is permitted by the permission section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
