To provide a cooling device of a vehicle, which has a simple structure and can efficiently cool a battery and a power control unit respectively depending on a state of the vehicle.SOLUTION: In a cooling device 1 of a vehicle Ve equipped with a battery 4 into which electric power from an external power source can be charged, a cooling circuit 100 has: a first circuit 110 through which cooling water circulates through a power control unit 3; a second circuit 120, connected in parallel to the first circuit 110, through which cooling water circulates through the battery 4 without circulating through the power control unit 3; and a switching valve 102 arranged at a branch point between the first circuit 110 and the second circuit 120. A control device 5, when the battery is being charged from the external power source, controls an electric pump 101 and the switching valve 102, so that a flow quantity of the cooling water flowing through the second circuit 120 is more than a flow quantity of the cooling water flowing through the first circuit 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
