To provide a strain detection detector and a man-powered vehicle component that can easily perform an offset voltage adjustment operation.SOLUTION: A strain detector comprises: a bridge circuit that includes a resistance element provided on a measurement object, a first input part and a second input part to which an input voltage is applied, and a first output part and a second output part that output an output voltage according to the input voltage and the state of the resistance element; an operational amplifier that includes a third input part electrically connected to the first output part and a fourth input part electrically connected to the second output part; and a correction circuit that connects electrically at least one between the first output part of the bridge circuit and the third input part of the operational amplifier and between the second output part of the bridge circuit and the fourth input part of the operational amplifier and that includes a subtraction circuit and an addition circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
