To provide a power supply system for vehicle capable of quickly charging a power storage device by power supplied from an external part, in a low temperature environment.SOLUTION: A power supply system 1 comprises: a first battery B1; a second battery B2; a heater H; a power circuit 2 on which the batteries B1, B2 and the heater H are arranged; a first external charging unit 5 for supplying power on an external part of a vehicle V to the power circuit 2; and an ECU 7 for controlling the power circuit 2 and the first external charging unit 5. The ECU 7 executes discharge/heating control for heating the first battery B1 by discharging power to the second battery B2 from the first battery B1 in execution of a heater heating control for heating the first battery B1 by the heater H by driving the heater H by power supplied from the AC charger 5, and charges the first battery B1 by power supplied from the AC charger 5 when temperature of the first battery B1 becomes equal to or greater than heating determination temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3B
