To provide a power supply system of a vehicle in which a sub power storage device is constituted to be attachable/detachable to a vehicle, and convenience in the case of supplying power of the sub power storage device detached from the vehicle to an external load is improved.SOLUTION: A power supply system S of a vehicle is constituted by providing a power line 6 for connecting a motor generator M with a main power storage device 1 and a sub power storage device 2 with a power conversion circuit 7, and drives the power conversion circuit 7 in an aspect according to a driving mode by a controller 5, in which the sub power storage device 2 is attachably/detachably connected with the power line 6 via an attachment/detachment mechanism 8, the controller 5 controls charge/discharge of the sub power storage device 2 so that a power storage amount Qp of the sub power storage device 2 is maintained at a normal upper limit power storage amount Q1 or less when it is discriminated that a driving mode is a normal driving mode, and controls the charge amount of the sub power storage device 2 so that the power storage amount Qp of the sub power storage device 2 becomes more than the normal upper limit power storage amount Q1 when it is discriminated that the driving mode is a detachment preparation mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
