To provide a composite material laminating apparatus and a composite material laminating method capable of easily accessing from one side of a mold to the other side while suppressing an increase in size of the apparatus.SOLUTION: A composite material laminating apparatus 10 in which a composite material 22 is laminated on a lamination surface 3 which is an outer surface 1a of a mold 1 including a one side surface 1aa and the other side surface 1ac, or an outer surface 2a of a structure 2 disposed on the outer surface 1a of the mold 1, has a first robot 11 for laminating a part of the composite material 22 on a part of the lamination surface 3 arranged on the one side surface 1aa side of the mold 1, and a second robot 12 that is disposed on the other side surface 1ac side of the mold 1 and laminates a remaining part of the composite material 22 on a remaining part of the lamination surface 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
