To simply carry out installation of a photovoltaic power generation device installed on water so that an installed state is not easily spoiled by influence of wind or waves.SOLUTION: An on-water installation photovoltaic power generation device 11 including a power generation float with a solar battery panel and floating on water is moored with a mooring device 12 composed of a cable 62 extending from the on-water installation photovoltaic power generation device 11 and an anchor 63 to which the cable 62 is connected and installed on a sea bottom 13. The anchor 63 is composed of a moving body 64 mounted on the sea bottom 13 and a retaining body 65 for retaining the moving body 64 to the sea bottom 13 while allowing a movement thereof and the moving body 64 is formed with a biting unit 66 extending diagonally below a bottom surface thereof. When installing the anchor 63, the moving body 64 is moved with the biting unit 66 at the head. A strong fixed state is easily obtained by towing the moving body 64 with the cable 62 and having the biting unit 66 of the moving body 64 bite into the sea bottom 13 by installation of the on-water installation photovoltaic power generation device 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】水上に設置される太陽光発電装置において、風や波の影響で設置状態が容易に損なわれないようにすることが簡単に行えるようにする。【解決手段】太陽電池パネルを有し水面に浮く発電フロートを備えた水上設置太陽光発電装置11を、当該水上設置太陽光発電装置11からのびる索条62と、この索条62が接続され水底に設置されるアンカー63で構成される係留装置12で係留する。アンカー63は、水底13に載置される移動体64と、この移動体64をその移動を許容しつつ水底13に保持する保持体65で構成し、移動体64には、その底面よりも斜め下に向けて延びる食い込み部66を形成する。アンカー63の設置に際しては、食い込み部66を先頭にして移動体64が移動するようにする。水上設置太陽光発電装置11の設置により索条62で移動体64を牽引して、移動体64の食い込み部66を水底13に食い込ませて、強固な固定状態を容易に得る。【選択図】図3
