To provide a fatigue recovery support device capable of supporting recovery of fatigue accumulated in brain.SOLUTION: There is provided a fatigue recovery support device comprising on each of a pair of lenses of an eyewear a light shielding part capable of shielding and controlling light from outside to a wearer's eyes. The fatigue recovery support device comprises: an information acquisition part capable of acquiring biological information of the wearer; a fatigue degree estimation part capable of estimating a fatigue degree of the wearer based on at least the biological information acquired by the information acquisition part; and a control part for commanding the light shielding part of the pair of lenses in such a manner that the light shielding part of the pair of lenses alternately shields and controls light from the outside at each predetermined time, when the fatigue degree estimated by the fatigue degree estimation part is a predetermined value or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
