PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fatigue degree based vehicle controlling apparatus and method.SOLUTION: It comprises a fatigue degree learning part 100 which learns driver's early stage fatigue degree based on driver' bio-information received from a sensor 10; a fatigue degree monitor part 160 which monitors driver's fatigue degree state by receiving the driver' bio-information from the sensor when the vehicle start to travel subsequent to completion of learning of the driver's early stage fatigue degree and then outputs control signal depending on the state of increment in the driver's fatigue degree; and a travel control part 170 controlling driving of the vehicle based on the control signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
