PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber member capable of improving on-ice performance of a rubber articles when the rubber member is used for a rubber article such as a tire.SOLUTION: There is provided a rubber member having a nano-substance, wherein the nano-substance has a long diameter of less than 100 nm when being in a non-fibrous state or has a minor axis length of less than 100 nm and a major axis length of less than 1000 nm when being in a fibrous state and the content of the polarity group is 100 mg/kg or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
