PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of suppressing overfilling of some fuel tanks with fuel gas, due to pressure difference of fuel tanks of multiple fuel cell units.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system 1 includes an interconnection path 4 for interconnecting the fuel supply paths 14 of adjoining fuel cell units FCU1, FCU2, and an opening and closing mechanism 5 for opening and closing the interconnection path 4. Furthermore, the path opening and closing control section 60 of the fuel cell system 1 is configured to control actuation of the opening and closing mechanism 5 so that pressure difference of the fuel tanks 11, 12 of the adjoining fuel cell units FCU1, FCU2 is reduced. Since the pressure of fuel tanks 11, 12 of respective fuel cell units FCU1, FCU2 is equalized, overfilling of some fuel tanks with fuel gas is suppressed when filling the fuel gas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】複数の燃料電池ユニットの燃料タンクの圧力差に起因して、一部の燃料タンクへの燃料ガスの充填が過剰となってしまうことを抑制可能な燃料電池システムを提供する。【解決手段】隣り合う燃料電池ユニットFCU1、FCU2の燃料供給経路14同士を接続する連通経路4、当該連通経路4を開閉する開閉機構5を備える。さらに、燃料電池システム1の経路開閉制御部60が、隣り合う燃料電池ユニットFCU1、FCU2の燃料タンク11、12の圧力差が小さくなるように開閉機構5の作動を制御する構成としている。これにより、各燃料電池ユニットFCU1、FCU2の燃料タンク11、12を均圧化することで燃料ガスの充填時に一部の燃料タンクへの燃料ガスの充填が過剰となってしまうことを抑制する。【選択図】図1
