PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle, which is decelerated and stopped without generation of big shock due to brake action when a motor is stopped during traveling.SOLUTION: A working vehicle comprises: a motor; a hydraulic pump driven by the motor; and a negative type first brake apparatus comprising a hydraulic cylinder which is connected to the hydraulic pump, provides wheels with controlling force when brake cancel pressure is not affected, and cancels the controlling force when the brake cancel pressure is not affected. The working vehicle comprises: a second brake apparatus arranged irrespective of the first brake apparatus, a drive stop instruction part selectively making instruction for drive and stop of the working vehicle; a motor stop instruction part which is arranged irrespective of the drive stop instruction part and makes instruction to the motor for stop; and a brake controlling apparatus forcing the first brake apparatus to act after the second brake apparatus is forced to act when the instruction for stopping the motor is made by the motor stop instruction part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】走行中に、原動機を停止させたときに、ブレーキの作動による大きなショックを発生させることなく、車両を減速させ、停止させる。【解決手段】作業車両は、原動機と、原動機により駆動される油圧ポンプと、油圧ポンプと接続され、ブレーキ解除圧が作用していないときには制動力を車輪に付与し、ブレーキ解除圧が作用しているときには制動力を解除する油圧シリンダを備えたネガティブ型の第1のブレーキ装置と、を備えた作業車両であって、第1のブレーキ装置とは別に設けられた第2のブレーキ装置と、作業車両の運転および停止を選択的に指示する運転停止指示部と、運転停止指示部とは別に設けられ、原動機に停止を指示する原動機停止指示部と、原動機停止指示部により、原動機の停止が指示されると、第2のブレーキ装置を作動させた後に第1のブレーキ装置を作動させるブレーキ制御装置と、を備えている。【選択図】図2
