PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which even if at least one relay is closed/fixed when turning off all relays having a plurality of battery modules connected to each other in parallel, prevents currents from intensively flowing to the battery module having the closed/fixed relay.SOLUTION: A battery pack 1 is configured to comprise a plurality of battery modules 2 which have a battery B and a relay R connected in series respectively and are connected in parallel to each other, and a control portion 3 that turns on or off each relay R.
