PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high voltage device which easily prevents fingers and tools etc. from contacting with a terminal.SOLUTION: A protection cover 21 has an opening 21a through which a cable 19 connected to a terminal 18A passes, and the opening 21a is formed below a terminal mounting surface 16B. A battery case has a terminal non-mounting surface 16C which continues into the terminal mounting surface 16B through a stepped part 16D and is located below the opening 21a. The opening 21a overlaps with the stepped part 16D in a battery case height direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
