The distribution output control means specifies the distribution output of the fuel cells and the secondary batteries in such a manner that the distribution output of at least one fuel cell in the plurality of fuel cells is settled within a predetermined power range Wn by charging or discharging the plurality of secondary batteries.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
