PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous plate capable of obtaining a high acoustic absorptivity using through holes less than those in the conventional art.SOLUTION: A porous plate 1 including many through holes 4 arranged so that an air layer is formed between the holes and a plate-shaped or wall-shaped closing member. Each through hole 4 includes: a maximum aperture portion 11 formed on one surface S1 of the porous plate 1; and a minimum aperture portion 12 formed on the other surface S2 of the porous plate 1. In the sectional view in the thickness t direction of the porous plate 1, the through hole is curved to the outside of the straight line L connecting the maximum aperture portion 11 to the minimum aperture portion 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
