PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery system that can rapidly control the entrance refrigerant temperature or exit refrigerant temperature of a fuel battery to a target temperature at a power-generation resumption time after power-generation of the fuel battery is stopped without enhancing responsibility of a flow rate control valve.SOLUTION: A fuel battery system controls the flow rate of refrigerant flowing in a radiator flow channel 46 and the flow rate of refrigerant flowing in a bypass flow channel 44, and contains a flow rate control valve 45 for making all the refrigerant flowing out from a fuel battery 2 to the bypass flow channel 44 when the throttle opening is fully closed, and making the refrigerant flow in the radiator flow channel 46 when the throttle opening is set to be out of the fully-closed throttle opening. The flow rate control valve 45 is controlled so that the throttle opening is set to a standby throttle opening other than the fully-closed throttle opening when a refrigerant circulation pump 42 is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】流量制御バルブの応答性を向上することなく、燃料電池の発電停止から発電再開時に速やかに燃料電池の入口冷媒温度または出口冷媒温度を目標温度に制御できるようにする。【解決手段】ラジエータ流路46に流れる冷媒の流量とバイパス流路44に流れる冷媒の流量を制御するものであって、絞り開度が全閉となったときに燃料電池2から流出した冷媒の全てがバイパス流路44に流れ、絞り開度が全閉以外となったときに冷媒がラジエータ流路46に流れるように制御する流量制御バルブ45を備え、冷媒循環ポンプ42が停止しているときに絞り開度が全閉以外の待機開度となるように流量制御バルブ45を制御する。【選択図】図2
