PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rubber composition for tire having low fuel consumption, abrasion resistance and wet grip performance which are improved in a good balance.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a rubber composition for tire containing butadiene rubber (A1), isoprene rubber (A2), silica (B), carbon black (C), a coupling agent represented by the following chemical formula (1) (D) and a vulcanization-based agent containing a vulcanizer and a vulcanization accelerator (E) and including (Process X1) a process X1 for mixing A1, a part of B, a part of D and optionally a part of E, (Process X2) a process X2 for mixing the mixture of the Process X1, A2, residual amount of B, residual amount of D and optionally a part of E and (Process F) a process F for mixing the mixture of the Process X2 and residual amount of E.
