PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure required strength by restraining generation of a blow hole.SOLUTION: A structure having a closed cross-sectional part is manufactured by forming the closed cross-sectional part by joining a first metal raw material and a second metal raw material, by positioning second metal to first metal, by preparing the cross-sectional hat-shaped first metal raw material having on both ends a flange part bent toward the outside from a sidewall end part, and preparing the cross-sectional U-shaped second metal raw material having on both ends an opening side end part formed by respectively oppositely contacting with an inside end part of the flange part. In positioning, a substantially L-shaped opposed contact part is provided by oppositely contacting the inside end part of the flange part of the first metal raw material and an opening side end part of the second metal raw material. When forming the closed cross-sectional part, the part is welded from the outside along this opposed contact part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ブローホールの発生を抑制して所要強度を確保する。【解決手段】側壁端部から外方に向けて折曲されたフランジ部を両端に有する断面ハット状の第1金属素材を準備し、フランジ部の内側端部とそれぞれ対接可能に形成された開放側端部を両端に有する断面略コ字状の第2金属素材を準備し、第1金属に対して第2金属を位置決めし、第1金属素材と第2金属素材とを接合して閉断面部を形成することにより、閉断面部を有する構造体を製造する。位置決めの際には、第1金属素材のフランジ部の内側端部と第2金属素材の開放側端部とを対接させて略L字状の対接部を設ける。閉断面部を形成する際にはこの対接部に沿って外方から溶接する。【選択図】図1
