PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a vulcanized rubber composition capable of improving on-ice performance, wet performance and abrasion resistance in a good balance, a vulcanized rubber composition excellent in on-ice performance, wet performance and abrasion resistance and a studless tire using the same for the constitution of a tread.SOLUTION: There are provided a manufacturing method of a vulcanized rubber composition including a process for preparing a master batch containing butadiene rubber and silica, (b) a process for preparing a master batch containing isoprene rubber and silica, (c) a process for mixing the master batch obtained in (a) and the master batch obtained in (b) and a process for vulcanizing the mixture obtained in (c), where the resulting vulcanized rubber composition has a BR phase and an IR phase which are incompatible to each other, predetermined amount of a terpene-based resin with abundance ratio α of the silica in the predetermined BR phase of 0.3≤α≤0.7 (Formula 1) and ratio β of the butadiene rubber of 0.4≤β≤0.8 (Formula 2), a predetermined vulcanized rubber composition and a studless tire having a tread constituted by the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】氷上性能、ウェット性能および耐摩耗性能をバランス良く改善できる加硫ゴム組成物の製造方法、氷上性能、ウェット性能および耐摩耗性能に優れた加硫ゴム組成物ならびにこれをトレッドの構成に用いたスタッドレスタイヤを提供すること。【解決手段】(a)ブタジエンゴムとシリカのマスターバッチを作製する工程、(b)イソプレン系ゴムとシリカのマスターバッチを作製する工程、(c)(a)のマスターバッチと(b)のマスターバッチとを混練りする工程、および(d)(c)で得られた混練物を加硫する工程を含み、得られる加硫ゴム組成物が、互いに非相溶のBR相およびIR相を有し、所定量のテルペン系樹脂を含有し、所定のBR相中のシリカの存在率αが0.3≦α≦0.7(式1)、ブタジエンゴムの割合βが0.4≦β≦0.8(式2)である加硫ゴム組成物の製造方法、所定の加硫ゴム組成物およびそれを含むトレッドを有するスタッドレスタイヤ。【選択図】図1
