PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for measuring the fatigue degree of a wire rope of a crane which can quantitatively understand the fatigue degree of each portion of a wire rope and promote a shorter inspection work time and optimized replacement timing.SOLUTION: The device sets virtual separation parts by separating a wire rope 8 at fixed intervals in the length direction, measures a hanging load f acting on the wire rope 8, integrates the number of time of flexure in which each separation part passes through a sheave and is folded with the wire rope 8 receiving the hanging load f, and calculates the fatigue degree of each of the separation parts of the wire rope 8 on the basis of the hanging load f and the number of time of flexure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】ワイヤロープの部位毎の疲労度を定量的に把握でき、点検作業時間の短縮化並びに交換時期の最適化を図り得るクレーンのワイヤロープ疲労度計測方法及び装置を提供する。【解決手段】ワイヤロープ8を長さ方向へ定間隔で区切ることにより仮想の区切部位を設定し、ワイヤロープ8に作用する吊荷重fを測定し、吊荷重fをワイヤロープ8が受けた状態で、各区切部位がシーブを通って曲げられる曲げ回数を積算し、吊荷重fと曲げ回数とに基づきワイヤロープ8の区切部位毎の疲労度を求める。【選択図】図1
