PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an optimum energy plan by redrafting a velocity plan for vehicle energy control on the basis of measured values.SOLUTION: A vehicle energy management apparatus (100) for controlling a vehicle by predicting future energy consumption (vehicle state information) and making a control plan, determines whether it is necessary to redraft a velocity plan on the basis of the comparison between a measured value of energy consumption and a predicted value of the energy consumption used in the control plan, calculates an error between measured values of a vehicle velocity and a velocity plan before update with an aim to at least one of a certain period from past to present and an ongoing instant when determining that it is necessary to redraft the vehicle plan, updates the velocity plan for present and future by reducing the error, calculates energy and redrafts the control plan using the updated velocity plan, and controls the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】車両のエネルギー制御の速度計画を、実測値を元に再速度計画することにより最適なエネルギー計画を実現する。【解決手段】将来のエネルギー消費量(車両状態情報)を予測して制御計画を立て、車両を制御する車両用エネルギーマネジメント装置(100)において、エネルギー消費量の実測値と、制御計画に用いられたエネルギー消費量の予測値との比較を元に、再速度計画の要否を判定し、再速度計画が必要と判定された場合に、過去から現在までの一定期間と現在の瞬時の少なくとも一方を対象とした、車速の実測値と、更新前の速度計画との誤差を算出し、その誤差を削減することで、現在以降の速度計画を更新し、更新された速度計画を用いてエネルギー算出及び制御計画を立て直して車両を制御する。【選択図】図4
