PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a case where pressing force of lining is made large in order to be applied to an elevator with high speed specification or large capacity specification, in a structure where a partial wear detection sensor is buried by performing drilling to a lining material, a crack occurs at a hole, as a reference point, subjected to drilling and thereby strength is not obtained and its use may not be endured.SOLUTION: A partial wear amount of lining is measured by measuring temperature at two places in a radial direction of a brake disk against which lining is pushed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
