PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a light-weight alloy wheel is manufactured by a single part which is formed by forging, a steel wheel is manufactured of a rim and a disc which are formed by pressing, weld spots becomes necessary, oxidized points are generated at the weld spots, there arises a possibility that the durability and safety of a product are impaired, a mass of the wheel becomes large, and the consumption of energy and/or fuel becomes large.SOLUTION: A wheel composed of a polymer material comprises a main body C which is formed of: a center disc 10 in which a center hole 11 formed at an end part of a shaft of a vehicle, and a plurality of eccentric holes 12 which allow the penetration of fixing bolts are formed; and an external peripheral ring 20 which holds a tire of a vehicle. The main body C of the wheel is injection-molded of a single part by using a polymer composite material which contains, at homogeneous mixture, 40% to 70% of a thermoplastic polymer matrix, 30% to 60% of a synthetic fiber, and 0.01% to 10% of an additive.

    【課題】軽量合金ホイールは、鋳造による単一の部品にて製造され、鋼製ホイールは、プレスによるリムおよびディスクから製作され、溶接スポットを必要とし、溶接スポットにおいて酸化点が生じ、製品の耐久性および安全性が損なわれる可能性があり、またホイールの質量が大きく、エネルギーおよび/または燃料の消費が多くなることを解決する。【解決手段】車両のシャフトの端部に取り付けられる中央の穴11および固定ボルトを通すための複数の偏心した穴12が設けられた中央のディスク10と、車両のタイヤを保持するように構成された外周のリング20とによって形成される本体Cを備えており、前記ホイールの本体Cは、40%〜70%の熱可塑性ポリマーマトリクスと、30%〜60%の合成繊維と、0.01%〜10%の添加剤とを均質混合にて含むポリマー複合材料で、単一部品にて射出成型される。【選択図】図1
