PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body lower part structure capable of enhancing durability against bending moment for bending a rocker upward.SOLUTION: A vehicle body lower part structure 10 comprises: a rocker 40 extending in a body longitudinal direction at the outside of a vehicle width direction of a floor panel 24; and a dash cross member 50 extending in the vehicle width direction at a lower side of a dash panel 22 and having a vehicle width direction outer end part 50B overlapped and coupled with an upper face 42E of the rocker 40.
