A tire 1 includes a tread portion 2 including: a tread rubber 2A forming a ground-contact surface 2a; and a band layer 8 disposed inward of the tread rubber 2A in a tire radial direction. The band layer 8 includes at least one band ply 8A in which a band cord 8a containing a polyester fiber is arranged. The band cord 8a has a stress σ1 at 2.5% elongation of not less than 0.05 N/tex and not greater than 0.18 N/tex and a stress σ2 at 5.0% elongation of not less than 0.09 N/tex and not greater than 0.33 N/tex. The tread rubber 2A contains styrene and is composed of a rubber composition having a glass transition temperature Tg of not lower than - 20°C. A styrene amount S in 100 parts by mass of a rubber component of the tread rubber 2A is not greater than 25 parts by mass.
