The invention discloses a bulkhead sealing device for a floating propulsion system. The bulkhead sealing device comprises a split shell assembly, a ball sealing ring inner ring assembly, a ball sealing ring outer ring assembly, a gear transmission mechanism, a hydraulic motor and an electromagnetic directional valve. The split type shell assembly and the ball seal ring outer ring assembly are arranged on the ball seal ring inner ring assembly in a sleeving mode, the axial inner side of the ball seal ring outer ring assembly is used for making contact with a main shaft boss, and an end face sealing ring is arranged on the axial inner side of the ball seal ring outer ring assembly. The spherical seal ring outer ring assembly and the spherical seal ring inner ring assembly form a spherical hinge in clearance fit; the gear transmission mechanism comprises a lead screw and a plurality of gears; the hydraulic motor is connected with the gear transmission mechanism; wherein the hydraulic motor is used for driving the gear transmission mechanism, the gear transmission mechanism converts rotary motion into linear motion and drives the ball seal ring inner ring assembly and the ball seal ring outer ring assembly to move towards the axial inner side, and the spherical hinge is used for adjusting the angle of the ball seal ring outer ring assembly so that the axial inner side of the ball seal ring outer ring assembly can be attached to and sealed with a main shaft boss.
