The invention relates to an icing detection device and a detection method. The device comprises at least two ultrasonic transduction parts which are used for transmitting ultrasonic signals to a target object and receiving echo signals of the ultrasonic signals; the center frequencies of ultrasonic signals emitted by the ultrasonic transduction pieces are different; the delay part is arranged on the side, close to the target object, of the ultrasonic transduction part, is connected with the ultrasonic transduction part and is used for delaying the time when the ultrasonic signal reaches the target object. The thickness of a thin ice layer can be calculated by selecting the echo signal data corresponding to the ultrasonic transduction piece with the high frequency, and the thickness of a thick ice layer can be calculated by selecting the echo signal data corresponding to the ultrasonic transduction piece with the low frequency. And the icing thickness detection range is expanded.

    本申请涉及一种结冰探测装置及探测方法。该装置包括至少两个超声换能件,用于向目标对象发射超声信号,并接收所述超声信号的回波信号;各所述超声换能件发射的超声信号的中心频率不同;延迟件,设置在所述超声换能件靠近所述目标对象的一侧并与所述超声换能件连接,用于延缓所述超声信号到达所述目标对象的时间。对于较薄的冰层可以选择较高频率的超声换能件对应的回波信号数据进行厚度计算,对于较厚的冰层可以选择较低频率的超声换能件对应的回波信号数据进行厚度计算,采用本装置能够同时满足测量薄冰层和厚冰层的探测精度需求,扩展结冰厚度探测范围。
